EASEMENTS

Easements on property owned by the College shall be granted by the Board of Trustees.

Grants of easements shall:

• Specifically describe the area of land and the property right conveyed
• Specifically state the length of time of the easement
• Specifically describe the purpose of the easement
• Meet all other requirements set forth by the Board of Trustees
