1. Procedure
The primary purpose of the Children’s Center is to provide childcare for children of degree-seeking students enrolled in at least six credits at the College, as well as children of Western employees, and members of the community. This procedure also applies to children within documented guardianship. The Center is limited in the number of children it can serve. While striving to ensure children of students and employees have opportunities to utilize the Center, seats will not be guaranteed or reserved. The following will have access to Children’s Center enrollment:
- Children of Western students and students of partnering institutions;
- Children of Western employees;
- Children of community members.
Children who are registered after the Center reaches capacity will be placed on a waiting list.
The Children’s Center shall be licensed as appropriate by all pertinent licensing entities.
The Board of Trustees shall establish fees for the use of the Center.
