1. Procedure

At the end of each quarter, the Vice President of Administrative Services shall ensure that quarterly financial reports are prepared. These reports shall follow the format specified by the Board, and include, among other details, a comparison of actual revenues and expenditures with budgeted amounts.  

Reports shall be prepared for each College fund.
