The College, through its Administrative officers, with final approval of the College President, may establish regulations and procedures to regulate vehicle parking on property owned by the College.

PARKING ON COLLEGE PROPERTY

The College, through its Administrative officers, with final approval of the College President, may establish regulations and procedures to regulate vehicle parking on property owned by the College. The College Administration may establish fees for parking on College property, subject to approval by the Board of Trustees.

The Board of Trustees authorizes the College Administration to enter into lease agreements with local municipalities regarding parking lots to regulate parking control on College property for the purpose of enforcing local ordinances and state laws as necessary.
