*Before you begin the application process, you must create an account. It will take you approximately 15 minutes to fill out. Apply online and print a copy of the confirmation page for your records. Check your email for updates on your application status and any additional information needed for acceptance. After our admissions team has processed your application, Western email address for all future communications. 

To register for classes, please use the Non-Degree-Seeking Student Registration form.

A Western Recruiter will help you learn about the programs Western has to offer and assist you with Western's application process; once your application is processed, they will review your ACT or SAT scores to determine if you must complete the ALEKS (math) or McCann (English) placement exams. 

Your Western Recruiter will then direct you to complete Western Welcome and Title IX programs in your My Western portal.

Western Welcome is an online program that introduces you to our institution. It includes videos from our president, administration, and students who help guide you through our initial Western processes. Upon completion, you will receive a Western Welcome Certification of completion. 

Your Western Recruiter will connect you with your Student Success Coach, who will assist you with our advising and registration process.

New students pursuing a degree or certificate, and students returning to Western after sitting out a fall or spring semester must work with their Student Success Coach for course planning and registration.

Prior to your appointment, please review the Western Catalog, Areas of Study, and Academic Class Schedule.

Complete and submit a free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or pick up FAFSA forms in the Financial Aid Office located in Mustang Central. For scholarships, a majority of applications open in December and close April 1st.
