NON-CREDIT TUITION WAIVER FOR EMPLOYEES

All full-time College employees and part-time employees classified as one-half time or greater may take community service and continuing education courses at Western Wyoming Community College without paying tuition, subject to certain conditions.

All non-credit classes are self-supporting and, subject to the following conditions, employees may enroll tuition free:

  • Non-credit classes may be taken on a space available, first-come first-serve basis, tuition-free by full-time employees. The employee will be responsible for any supplies fee, administrative fee, or any other fees involved.
  • Job-related or career-enhancing continuing education courses may be taken during working hours with the permission of the supervisor.
  • Employees may take as many non-credit courses each year during non-working hours as desire, subject to limitations herein.
  • If enrollment for the course reaches the course limit, fee-paying students will receive first priority.
  • In those instances in which there are less than ten (10) tuition-paying students enrolled, employees will not be permitted to use the tuition waiver benefit.
  • The appropriate Program Coordinator must approve all courses in which employees may enroll on tuition-free basis.
