LEAVE FOR COURT WITNESS AND JURY DUTY

The College grants leave with pay to any full-time employee called to serve on a jury or called as a trial witness. The employee must pay the College any amounts received for serving as a court witness or as a juror, except for any reimbursements for meals, lodging or travel expenses incurred by the employee in connection with the leave.

Should an employee use vacation leave, personal leave or unpaid leave for the purposes set forth in this procedure, he/she may keep all pay received.

Paid leave is not granted for part-time College employees.
