RULES OF ORDER
Reference: W.S. § 21-18-304
Robert’s Rules of Order, Current Revised Edition, shall govern the conduct of proceedings of the Board, except where in conflict with law or Board policy. The Executive Assistant to the Board shall ensure that there is a copy of Robert’s Rules available at all meetings.
