NOTIFICATION OF BOARD MEETINGS

Reference: Wyoming Public Meetings Act, W.S. § 16-4-401 through 408.

All regular and special meetings of the Board will be announced publicly and shall be noticed as provided in the Wyoming Public Meetings Act.

Regular Meetings
The administrative secretary to the Board shall provide electronic or written notice of all regular Board meetings, at least 72 hours in advance of the meeting, to each member of the Board and to any person who has made a written request (renewed annually) to the Board for notice of regular meetings. The notice shall contain the time and place of the regular meeting. Notice of the meeting shall also be placed on campus.

Special Meetings
The administrative secretary to the Board shall provide electronic or written notice of all special meetings of the Board, at least 8 hours in advance of the meeting, to each member of the Board and to each newspaper of general circulation, radio or television station requesting notice of special meetings of the Board. The notice shall contain the time and place of the special meeting, and the business to be transacted.

Emergency Meetings
Reasonable notice shall be given to each Board member of any emergency meeting called. The administrative secretary to the Board shall make a reasonable effort to provide electronic or written public notice of any emergency meeting.
