BOARD MEMBER QUALIFICATIONS/OATH OF OFFICE

Reference: W.S.§ 21-18-303(a)(xii); 22-22-201(b); WY Constitution Article 6, Sects 20-21

Any qualified elector of the District is eligible to hold the office of trustee. The candidate/trustee must reside in the subdistrict from which they are elected.

Newly elected members of the Board of Trustees, including members who are reelected and those appointed to fill unexpired terms, are required to take an oath of office before entering upon their duties.
