INSTRUCTOR VERIFICATION OF ROSTERS

In each academic term (Summer, Fall, Spring), instructors teaching credit courses will be expected to verify each of the official class rosters assigned to them in order to finalize student participation.

Verification of rosters will assist the Financial Aid department with the necessary information to accurately comply with Title IV funding requirements by the Department of Education, as well as other scholarship requirements.

INSTRUCTOR VERIFICATION OF ROSTERS

In order to ensure that students who are registered for credit courses are participating in said courses, and to identify students who may be attending credit courses who are not officially registered for said courses, the instructor of each credit course will verify the roster of that course and submit it to Registration and Records via the College’s electronic roster system.  This verification and submission will occur after the roster census date for each course and no later than 5 business days after notification that the rosters are ready for verification.  Registration and Records staff will inform instructors of the appropriate deadline dates.
