The faculty are focused on mentoring students in the collaboration, communication, and performance skills necessary for success in the theatrical profession. Students learn to communicate competently, retrieve information, think critically, analyze and solve problems, as well as see issues from multiple perspectives in the service of changing the world through storytelling.

According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics (2016) actor/performers in Wyoming earn an average annual salary of $50,752, with a range between $41, 823 and $61,966, but the majority of these jobs include a teaching component as there are limited opportunities for full-time performing in the state and job growth is expected to be flat or 0% through 2026.  

According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics (2016) actor/performers earn an average annual salary of $34,980, with a range between $17,940 and $78,160Employment of actor/performers is projected to grow 12% from 2016 to 2026, faster than the average for all occupations. Job growth in the media industry (including film, television, online, streaming) will stem from continued strong demand for new original content across all platforms. Job growth is expected to increase 6% for singers, 5% for dancers, and 3% for choreographers.
