Measuring the correct Key Performance Indicator (KPI) is vital to the health and success of the College. They are more than numbers. Data provides clarity and allows for a better understanding of the institutional performance.

Well-constructed KPI’s help,

• Monitor financial health
• Measure progress towards established goals
• Analyze patterns over time
• Better solve problems and discover opportunities
• Make adjustments and stay on track

These institutional KPI’s will help individual departments establish their own success measures while providing an overarching sense of direction. The deployment of resources, whether they are financial, human or intellectual are driven by KPI’s. The success of the recently approved Strategic Plan will hinge on the KPI’s we adopt.

KPI’s will be approved in Fall 2021.
