Title IX Coordinators
Title IX requires that each campus have an identified person or persons to implement Title IX and the requirements set forth. Western Wyoming Community College Title IX team consists of a Coordinator and two Deputy Coordinators to assist students and staff with any Title IX report, question, or concern.
Amy Galley has been employed with Western Wyoming Community College since 2016. She attended Western Wyoming Community College before graduating from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Science. In 2006, she earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Wyoming. She is an ATIXA trained Level 1, 2, & 3 Title IX Coordinator as well as an ATIXA certified Investigator and 504 Coordinator.
Mark Rembacz has been employed by Western Wyoming Community College since 2000. He holds a Bachelors Degree in History and a Masters in Education. He has attended Southern Utah University, the University of Wyoming and the University of Phoenix. He is a Level 1 ATIXA trained Title IX Coordinator.
Joy Adams joined Western Wyoming Community College in August of 2017. Joy earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in General Management from the University of Memphis in Memphis Tennessee. She holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification through the Human Resources Certification Institute and the Senior Certified Professional certification through the Society for Human Resources Management. Joy was trained as a Title IX Coordinator by Gray Plant Mooty Law co-presented by trainEDsolutions.
