Student Testimonials

Western Wyoming Community College’s nursing program not only prepared me for my NCLEX, it also prepared me to begin my practice as a nurse. The programs new concept-based curriculum has given me a more holistic approach to nursing care. I am proud to have been the first cohort through the new curriculum.Jordan J., Western Nursing Graduate
Western Wyoming's nursing education has really provided me with a heads up as far as critical thinking goes and has been very beneficial. Many of my orientation preceptors made comments to the effect that it appeared I was very prepared for this assignment and RN role.Mike T., Western Nursing Graduate
Best nursing program EVER! And an added bonus... the instructors are remarkable! A rewarding career is one thing but a rewarding education to reach your dreams and goals... indescribable!Kori H., Western Nursing Graduate
Attending the Nursing Program at Western was the best decision that I have made. I completed my first year of nursing school out of state. I moved back to the state of Wyoming and continued the pursuit of an ADN degree with Western Wyoming Community College. The program used evidence based learning, well planned nursing theory and simulation labs. The program fostered communication in the classroom setting and the clinical setting. The program is absolutely tough, but totally worth it! I know that I received the best education through the Western Program!Western Nursing Graduate
I love this program. It prepared to be a beginning nurse who understands the skills necessary to assess and treat each individual.Western Nursing Graduate
