Selected projects must be reviewed prior to start of experimentation.
Step 1: RSVP for Teachers & Sponsors
RSVP for the event by clicking here by November 7, 2025.
Step 2: Submit for SRC/IRB (if needed)
Selected projects must be approved prior to experimentation!
Does the project involve the following?
- Human Subjects
- Vertebrate
- Animals
- Potentially Hazardous Biological Agents
If so, submit for SRC/IRB selected projects review by November 7, 2025.
- Research Plan - 1 per project
- (1A) Student Checklist - 1 per project
- (1B) Approval Form - 1 per project
- (1) Checklist for Adult Sponsor - 1 per project
- Receive Approval & Request Form List
Step 3: Submit Selected Project Forms
Let Science Fair Coordinator know of all project changes.
Email forms to the Science Fair Coordinator.
- Research Plan - 1 per project
- (1A) Student Checklist - 1 per project
- (1B) Approval Form - 1 per project
- (1) Checklist for Adult Sponsor - 1 per project
Note: Depending on the project, there may be others.

Step 4: Registration
Register for the event by clicking here.
Each student must complete online registration by December 7, 2025.
Make sure all required forms, research plan, & abstract are submitted before the deadline on January 9, 2026.
Note: All forms should also be brought to fair. The Science Fair Coordinator should be informed of all project changes before January 9, 2026.
