Counseling Services: Overview

Life in college is a time of great change and personal growth. It is exciting, satisfying, and sometimes challenging. For many students, there are times when the demands of college may feel overwhelming. Counseling Services are available to provide the support that will help you succeed.

Personal Counseling:
Our Counselors are available to assist you with any personal problems you may encounter that threaten your educational success as well as your general well-being. We also provide crisis intervention to anyone experiencing a personal crisis and in need of immediate assistance.

Academic Counseling:
Come in and talk to one of our counselors about how to choose a major, how to succeed in your major, or about general academic concerns.


Student Health 101 Student Health 101: The monthly newsletter that delivers up-to-date information on the health issues that face today's college students.
MyStudentBody MyStudentBody addresses the most relevant health-related issues on college campuses today, covering drug and alcohol use, sexual health, nutrition, tobacco, and stress.
Screening for Mental Health Screening for Mental Health: Take a confidential mental health screening for Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Eating Disorder, or Alcohol Use Disorder.
