A primary goal of Western Wyoming Community College's employees is to assist each student in achieving the absolute best experience during his or her education. ACE IT Center Receive assistance in orientation, academic advising, careers, employment, internships, and transferring.
Bookstore Selling textbooks, school supplies, backpacks, study aids, WWCC logo clothing, gift items, and much more.
Campus Safety

Children's Center A comprehensive, quality preschool program serving WWCC students, staff and faculty.
Community Education Offering high quality learning opportunities to students at various stages of life and have differing needs.
Distance Learning Partnering with communities throughout Southwest Wyoming to widen educational opportunities.
Financial Aid Helping you fund your college education through a variety of scholarships, grants and loan programs.
Food Service (Dining) Achieving the best balance of variety, service, and price while not compromising quality in any way.
GEAR UP A federally funded program that helps Wyoming students in 7th - 12th grade that qualify for Free or Reduced Lunch.
Hay Library Valuing the importance of our First Amendment Rights and ensuring the collection represents all viewpoints.

Professional expertise in support of the educational, technical, and administrative needs of WWCC's community.
Learning Center Preparing Western's students for jobs, further education or training, and personal development.
Marketing &
Communication
Traditional and digital media publicity and expertise, including WWCC's advertisement campaigns and websites.
Media Center Providing classroom technology services and equipment for use by students, faculty, and staff.
Mustang Central Home of Registration & Records, Admissions, Financial Aid, and Residence Halls & Student Life.
PASS (Program for
Adult Student Success)
A Western initiative designed to meet the specific needs of busy Adult Learners.
Peer Tutor Center Providing free tutoring and test proctoring services to on campus and distant students.
Physical Resources Contains the custodial, grounds, and maintenance departments, as well as Protective Services.
Print Shop Producing the majority of all the printed design materials necessary to conduct college business.
Registration & Records Assisting with student accounts, transcripts, enrollment verification, and graduation procedures.
Residence Halls On-campus housing is a living learning center and not just a place to store students between classes.
Shipping & Receiving Comprehensive package and mail service on campus for students, staff, and faculty.
Student Engagement Offering many initiatives to motivate students and keep parents involved, including the "16 to Succeed" program.
Support, Disability,
& Counseling Center
Empowering and supporting the academic, emotional, social and cultural development of students.
Sweetwater County
BOCES
Providing educational opportunities that are not otherwise available within Sweetwater County.
Workforce Development Quality short-format courses taught for credit or non-credit to improve workforce skills for employment.
