A morning spin class
A morning spin class will be held in Exercise Science Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning Sept. 8.

ROCK SPRINGS – Morning people who want to begin their day with an exercise high will find just what they’re looking for on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at the Exercise Science Building at Western Wyoming Community College. Associate Professor of Exercise Science and Nutrition Kristine Clark will teach the Physical Conditioning class PEAC 1290 Q1 – “Spin Conditioning” from 6-7 a.m. in Room 1663 of Exercise Science. The class runs through Dec. 8.

Clark said the class will consist mainly of spinning but will also incorporate circuits, bike conditioning, Pilates, and other formats.
