Western Wyoming Community College provides a number of services to you in Bridger Valley. You can register, fill out various forms, take classes,
meet with an academic advisor and apply for financial aid, take placement tests, and a number of other things.
You also have access to all services on-campus, so please feel free to contact us whenever you need something. Remember, students are responsible
for adhering to all College regulations. The best place to find information on various rules is the College catalog. It's our contract with you.
Please stop in and pick one up. The class schedule also provides important deadline information each semester.
Western Wyoming Community College is committed to providing a quality college education. Western ranks 5th among the best community colleges in the
nation. You have made a good choice in choosing Western. For advising and registration, please call or e-mail to set up an advising appointment at
(307) 782-6401 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
To prepare for advising and registration:
Apply for admission online. It is free to apply and it sets up
an account for you that you and your advisor will work in to plan registration.
After you submit your admissions application, you will receive an Admissions Letter giving you access to your account and instruction on
completing admissions. Finish all admissions requirements before you meet with your advisor.
Meet with your advisor. The advising appointment will help orient you on the next steps of your academic career and prepare you for registration
for the semester.
If you don't have current (less than 3 years old) ACT scores, you must complete placement testing for most general education courses. It speeds
up the process if these are completed before attending your Advising Appointment. The placement tests can be taken at Valley Learning Center by
making arrangements with Susan at (307) 782-6401 x 100 or email@example.com. If you do
need to take placement testing and want to brush up in preparation, please ask for some links to help prepare. If you are unsure if you need
placement scores, contact Karla at firstname.lastname@example.org or at (307) 782-6401.
If you need financial assistance, submit a FAFSA - Free Application for Federal Student Aid - online to
determine your eligibility. If you need assistance or have questions about FAFSA or Financial Aid, Amber Taylor, EOC Coordinator, is available to
meet with you at our office. Contact Susan at (307) 782-6401 x 100 or email@example.com
to arrange for an appointment to meet with Amber.
