Scheduling and Registration Information:

Western Wyoming Community College is committed to providing a quality college education. Western ranks 5th among the best community colleges in the nation. You have made a good choice in choosing Western. For advising and registration, please call or e-mail to set up an advising appointment at (307) 782-6401 or

To prepare for advising and registration:
  1. Apply for admission online. It is free to apply and it sets up an account for you that you and your advisor will work in to plan registration.
  2. After you submit your admissions application, you will receive an Admissions Letter giving you access to your account and instruction on completing admissions. Finish all admissions requirements before you meet with your advisor.
  3. Meet with your advisor. The advising appointment will help orient you on the next steps of your academic career and prepare you for registration for the semester.
  4. If you don't have current (less than 3 years old) ACT scores, you must complete placement testing for most general education courses. It speeds up the process if these are completed before attending your Advising Appointment. The placement tests can be taken at Valley Learning Center by making arrangements with Susan at (307) 782-6401 x 100 or If you do need to take placement testing and want to brush up in preparation, please ask for some links to help prepare. If you are unsure if you need placement scores, contact Karla at or at (307) 782-6401.
  5. If you need financial assistance, submit a FAFSA - Free Application for Federal Student Aid - online to determine your eligibility. If you need assistance or have questions about FAFSA or Financial Aid, Amber Taylor, EOC Coordinator, is available to meet with you at our office. Contact Susan at (307) 782-6401 x 100 or to arrange for an appointment to meet with Amber.
  6. Familiarize yourself with the WWCC website, programs and admissions. This is a great source of information!

We look forward to meeting you at Valley Learning Center, WWCC Bridger Valley Outreach Office, 219 1st Street, Mountain View, WY. Regular Hours: Mon-Thur, 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Closed in the Summer - Memorial Day Weekend into August.
