Outdoor Equipment Rentals
Get outside and explore with gear from Western’s Outdoor Shop! Whether you're planning a camping trip, hitting the trails for a hike or bike ride, casting a line, or just looking to spend time outdoors, we've got the equipment you need. Outdoor gear can be rented for 24 hours or the weekend (Fri-Mon), and is available to all Western Wyoming College students, faculty, and staff.* What are you waiting for...start your adventure today!
How to Rent Gear:
- Fill out the Rental Form. Check below for a complete list of rental gear.
- Make your payment: You'll receive an email confirming your pick up and drop off date/times, as well as your rental fee amount. Make your payment in the Business Office (3rd floor). Keep your receipt!
- Pick up your gear: Stop by the Outdoor Shop at your scheduled time and show your payment receipt.
- Time for adventure!
- Backpacking Package - Double: tent (2 man), 2 backpacks, 2 sleeping bags and pads, cooking equipment, water filtration system
- Backpacking Package - Single: tent (2man), backpack, sleeping bag and pad, cooking equipment, water filtration system

- *All resident and non-residents are required to purchase a fishing license. Licenses can be purchased at Ace Hardware, Sportsman's Warehouse, Walmart, or online at wgfd.wyo.gov
