Outdoor Equipment Rentals

Get outside and explore with gear from Western’s Outdoor Shop! Whether you're planning a camping trip, hitting the trails for a hike or bike ride, casting a line, or just looking to spend time outdoors, we've got the equipment you need. Outdoor gear can be rented for 24 hours or the weekend (Fri-Mon), and is available to all Western Wyoming College students, faculty, and staff.* What are you waiting for...start your adventure today!

How to Rent Gear:
  1. Fill out the Rental Form. Check below for a complete list of rental gear and rates.
  2. Make your payment: You'll receive an email confirming your pick up and drop off date/times, as well as your rental fee amount. Make your payment in the Business Office (3rd floor). Keep your receipt!
  3. Pick up your gear: Stop by the Outdoor Shop at your scheduled time and show your payment receipt.
  4. Time for adventure!
