Brady Baldwin will start his tenth year with the Mustangs, but his first as Head Coach. Brady played soccer in high school and has continued to play for over thirty years. He was on the very first RSHS Boys' Soccer team in 1987. All together Brady has twenty-seven years of coaching experience at the youth, club, and high school levels. He graduated from Rock Springs High School in 1987 and from Western in 1991 with his Associate's Degree. Brady lives in Rock Springs with his wife Amanda and their three children, Gretchen, Zoe and Nathan.

Jon Auger
Assistant Women's Soccer Coach

Jon Auger joined Western Wyoming in 2020 as an Assistant Women's Soccer Coach. Jon has coached soccer for the last 15 years. He has coached at all levels, including Utah High School and premier competitive teams. Jon coached the L30 Crush team to a National Championship in 2015. Jon is a National D licensed coach. He graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems. Jon grew up in Wyoming playing soccer and is excited to return to his home state to coach here at Western Wyoming.

Assistant Women's Soccer Coach

Zoe is in her third year as an assistant coach for the soccer program. Zoe is from Rock Springs, where she played soccer throughout her youth, and then at Rock Springs High School. Zoe played club soccer and then college soccer at Black Hills State University as a goalkeeper. Zoe currently teaches math at Rock Springs High School and lives in Rock Springs with her husband, Alan.
