Every Wednesday is focused on Wellbeing @ Western.

Wellbeing & Accessibility host FREE activities and events each week that help students focus on their mental, physical, social, and emotional wellbeing as well as have a bit of fun along the way.

Wellbeing Activities

Every Wellbeing & Accessibility activity has a free sticker as well as other freebies, treats, and prizes. This "hot stuff" sticker was given out at our annual Campfire & Ghost Stories event where the coffee, cocoa, tea, s'mores and spooky stories were abundant. It also serves as a reminder that you are "hot stuff"!
