Spring Break

With the first week of March already here, spring break is right around the corner. Spring break is one of the most anticipated weeks of the year. Whether you’re planning a trip, going back home, or just enjoying this time to relax and reset from classes, it can be tricky to figure out how to plan your week.
Spring break can look a variety of different ways. One of the things people might do during spring break is a classic beach getaway. Many people choose to go to a tropical destination with either friends or family and relax by the water. A beach trip is the perfect time to unwind and prepare for the hard finals that are coming up.
Another thing that you could do during this time off is take a short road trip. This can be just as exciting as a big trip. You can look for nearby cities or state parks that you’ve been wanting to explore. A couple of hours of driving doesn’t seem that bad when you’re doing it with friends you enjoy spending time with.
If you’re the type of person who doesn’t really want to leave but still wants to relax, consider doing a staycation. You don’t have to do anything extravagant, but it can still feel special. This could look like hosting a movie marathon where you and your friends grab your favorite snacks and watch movies all day long in cozy pajamas. It might also look like having a self-care day where you focus on the things that matter most to you.
Even though spring break might look different for everyone, it’s important not to focus on what other people are posting or doing on social media. Social media only shows you a glimpse, not the full reality. Everyone has a different story and a different reason for what they choose to do during spring break. The important thing is to take care of yourself and do that in a way that makes the most sense for you. You want to make sure you’re using this time to recharge and get ready to finish the final months of college strong. When you get back, make sure you feel relaxed, reset, and ready to have fun.
