Tommy stopped playing with me yesterday, he said I was a wh*re but I'm not sure what that word means. He has been playing silly games with me for weeks. The game I don't like the most is hide and seek, because every time we play he wants to see my body. It reminds me of my uncle opening my door in the middle of the night, but it's silly because they can look at their own bodies.

Kim didn't show up to school today. She is the best person to talk to during free time. She always shows me what colors would match my pictures. She said some colors could be matched to make bruises just disappear. Can you believe that! The teacher told us she wasn’t coming back to school, ever. The teacher said Kim didn't wake up this morning. Silly Kim, I'll wake her up after school.

Bill gave me the rest of his lunch. He said the saliva in his mouth was gone. Silly Billy, no way that could happen. But I was always hungry, so I ate it because Bill never did. Bill fell out of his seat when we got back to class. The fireman showed up. They took Bill before I could say goodbye.

I was sitting in my seat the way my teacher told us to until a voice came over the speaker. My teacher shut the lights off and set me and my many friends in the darkest corner. She threw my desk at the door and many others gathered on top of mine. Mrs. Teacher began crying. I don't understand why, everyone loves fireworks!

The policeman came and pounded on Mrs. Teacher's door. When the policeman got in he looked sad, and happy at the same time. He got me and my friends out of Mrs. Teacher's room. I saw Stephen was bleeding from his heart. Maggie's chest was getting pushed on by a huge man—so many people were crying. I didn’t understand why; till they put them in the ground.
