Certifications & Testing
Continuing Education Units (CEU's):
CEU's can help you document your training! A Continuing Education Unit is defined as "ten contact hours of participation or equivalent in an organized
continuing education experience under responsible sponsorship, capable direction and qualified instruction" (WWCC Policy 6310A). Most non-credit
Professional & Technical courses at Western Wyoming Community College include the award of CEU's for successfully completing the course.
WWCC Workforce Development works closely with many organizations statewide. Click the links above to find out which of our classes may be approved by PTSB,

The Workforce Development at WWCC offers testing in the following areas:
The Workforce Development Department provides a hands on training program for those interested in developing skills such as CPR, Microsoft Office computer
programs, pumps, diesel engines, and more. We will teach you valuable knowledge necessary to upgrade in your current position, develop new job skills or
recertify your current certification from PTSB for teachers (), DEQ for operators ()
(Prior to class, please call Dianne at (307) 777-7343 to confirm approvable by DEQ.), or POST for law
enforcement () (Prior to class please call WWCC to confirm approvable POST.). If you are interested in
