Amateur photographers or aspiring professionals will learn a lot with Photography classes at Western Wyoming Community College this fall!
Students will learn the basics of photography, and the art of film developing, in Photography I (ART 1150), offered Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. or 7 – 9:50 p.m.
Students interested in digital photography may take Digital Imaging I (ART 1178) on Wednesdays and Fridays from 8 – 10:50 a.m. or on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 – 8:30 p.m. Students are recommended to have taken Photography I before enrolling in this class, but that class is not required. And students are welcome to take both classes concurrently!
Both of these three-credit courses will teach students the technical and conceptual basics of composing and capturing visually engaging photographs, and both will satisfy a general-education requirement for degree-seeking students.
