WWCC Community Education offers Tour of Asia culinary class beginning March 25 at Green River High School

Learn the secret to great Asian dishes with the Tour of Asia class!

The Community Education Program at Western Wyoming Community College will offer its Tour of Asia culinary class beginning Wednesday, March 25, at 6 p.m. at Green River High School in Culinary Room 238. The four-week class, taught by culinary expert Chef Blake Carothers, will introduce participants to the ingredients and techniques used to make sumptuous dishes from Indonesia, China and Korea. The program includes a class on Asian desserts.

The hands-on class will meet from 6 – 8 p.m. each week. Students who complete the class will have recipes of each dish and the know-how to make the dishes in their own kitchens. This is an excellent class for those who are learning to expand their cooking skills or who are interested in Asian cuisine.
