I am from Rock Springs, Wyoming and graduated from Independence High School, which is currently Black Butte High School in Rock Springs, Wyoming. I graduated with honors from Independence High School in 2004. I’m a proud single mother of one and a non-traditional student. I am a freshman at Western Wyoming Community College and I am majoring in Natural Science. After graduating from Western I plan to attend Colorado Mesa University to continue my studies in the earth sciences. Our Earth is finite and I feel that providing sustainability for our descendants is important. I’m fascinated by ancient history and figuring out where we came from, I’m happy if I have rocks in my bag or pockets, and I love to write and sing. One thought I’d like to leave you with is that kindness is free and we should spread it like glitter, glitter sticks to everything.
